Notice to buyers
About after sales:
1. Return goods without reason within 7 days and exchange goods without affecting secondary sales within 15 days;
2. if the baby is not satisfied or damaged on the way, the buyer must check and reject it face to face with the express. Once it is signed, it will be returned and the freight for replacement will be borne by the buyer. If the seller sends the wrong product and the function quality is insufficient, the Seller shall bear the return and replacement freight;
3. Please check the goods in the presence of the courier and sign for the goods. If you find that the quantity of the products is insufficient, you can take photos of all the products in time and contact the customer service.
About placing an order:
Please give details of the receiving address, consignee`s name and telephone number, especially the telephone number, and try to keep it unblocked. After the goods are delivered, the buyer shall transfer, return or sign for the wrong address due to the buyer`s reason. The expenses and losses incurred shall be borne by the buyer.
About Logistics:
The logistics of our store is not designated temporarily. Please negotiate with the customer service about the delivery logistics. The problem of speed is also a problem that has been puzzling us all the time. For example, please take photos carefully for urgent or impatient items. Climate problems will affect the speed of express delivery. We can`t promise when we will receive the product. We can tell our customer service to check the product. We will contact the express to verify the transportation of the goods and urge delivery. (if the express delivery time is expired, the freight shall be borne by the buyer) I hope our relatives can understand us and not affect our relationship with our relatives because of the speed of express delivery and the attitude of individual couriers
